In this workshop, Marlena will guide participants on a journey exploring microscopic life-forms found in soil and water. She will introduce her mixed-media techniques of tracing our quintessential kinship lines with these tiny but tremendous organisms. Prepare to de-center the self, and welcome the Tree of Life to center stage. Meals and materials are included with a take-away lesson plan for art educators.
